Dear Buyer! All procedure concerning purchase of crude oil is clearly stated in the given document. Our company does not provide the further negotiations with the Buyer without full ICPO + BCL as you can see below.

It is not necessary to spend time for try to convince our company that your Bank can't give to you the document that your company is solvent! Please very closely study everything, that is written in this document.

The final price and discounts will be generated by the Seller only after reception and check of corresponding documents given by the Buyer!

Procedure:

1. The Buyer send to us ICPO & BCL or LOI & BCL as right as you can see below
2. After checking your documents and acceptance by Security Service of petroleum company, the Seller send a personal FCO and draft contract.
3. Buyer and Seller submit and sign contract by e-mail.
4. Buyer send passport copy to the Seller
5. Seller issue invitation to Buyer for contract conclusion in Moscow City.

Rules of the documents formulation:

Buyer shapes six documents to each volume:

1) ICPO in English (compulsory must be indicated phone numbers of bank officer and SWIFT)
2) ICPO in Russian language, signed and with the seal of the company.
3) BCL in English (see forms below) with the required reference on ICPO
4) BCL in Russian language, signed and with the seal of the company.
5) Resume of Buyer’s company in English
6) Resume of Buyer’s company in Russian language signed and with the seal of the company.

Please don’t send documents unlike these forms. Petrolem companies will not view your variants. Each document must have a reference number and date. Each BCL (for each ICPO’s) must refer to ICPO.

ICPO, BCL, company resume, letter of attorney, passport information must be in Russian and English languages OR Russian and German. Please don’t write "Dear sirs" in all of documents. Terms of deliveries in all offers FOB only. This is Rosneft rules, so please follow its for positive decision.
